Payment

We accept Paypal and Google Wallet. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer please contacts us on sales@hugopassos.com

Receipt of Order Confirmation

You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact sales@hugopassos.com , so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Prices

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Portrayal of products

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Privacy

All personal information saved at the our website will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. Hugo Passos will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information is available upon request by sending an email to info@hugopassos.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

Safety regulations

All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations.

Availability

If your order is In Stock we aim to despatch it within 2 working days and deliver it within 5 working days. We always endeavour to deliver it on your chosen delivery date. If your order is not in stock and has an estimated Ships By date when you purchase it we will contact you as soon as your products are available. This is to check your selected delivery date is still suitable, or to arrange an alternative date.
Please note, our In Stock date is an estimate, we cannot unfortunately accept liability if the product is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We do promise to keep you up to date on a regular basis in order to accommodate all your needs.
If your items have different Expected Delivery dates we will reserve your items and only despatch the order when every item is in stock.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you must let us know within 24 hours after placing the order by contacting sales@hugopassos.com . We will then be able to offer you a full refund including the cost of delivery as long as the products have not been despatched. If the products have been despatched and you wish to cancel your order please see our Returns policy.

Faulty / Damaged product

If any of your products have a manufacturing defect or are damaged please contact sales@hugopassos.com within 7 days of receipt of goods with proof of the manufacturing defect or damage. We will collect and replace the faulty product free of charge, or give you a full refund. If you receive damaged products you must contact us within 7 days to arrange for a refund or exchange. We will not refund products that have been damaged due to wear and tear.

Warranty

We offer one year warranty on all Hugo Passos range products. Please contact info@hugopassos.com for further information.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact sales@hugopassos.com within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will not refund delivery costs, and you will be responsible for the safe delivery of the goods back to our warehouse. Please return the goods with their original packaging. We will not refund goods that have been damaged whilst in your care.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your products please contact sales@hugopassos.com within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange your exchange. We will be happy to collect the product and deliver your alternative product free of charge provided the product is in perfect condition and returned with its original packaging. If the replacement item is worth less than the original item we will offer a credit note for the difference which is valid for 3 months.

Liability disclaimer

Hugo Passos's total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Hugo Passos to the customer. Hugo Passos shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Hugo Passos by statute. Hugo Passos cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the catalogue. Hugo Passos does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until fourteen [14] days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
We endeavor to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, we do not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to return the goods to us.
